A first step to understand the context you are working in is to understand who you are dealing with: your stakeholders. But to make sure you are able to involve these people or organisations in your process; you need to know how you can approach them. And that all is connected to your relationship with them.

In a stakeholder trust map, you can visualize who your stakeholders are, how you are connected to them and the quality of your relationship with them. When you have that information, you have a better understanding of your priorities.

If you have access to an online whiteboard (e.g. Mural, Miro), you can do this exercise online as well.
